1. Policy Basis:

1.1 In keeping with Grownex goal of ensuring User satisfaction, this shipping, return and refund Policy (“Shipping, Return and Refund Policy”), together with the terms of use at Grownex Pvt. Ltd. sets out Grownex company procedures and policies in accepting:

(a) Product cancellations before the Product is delivered to a User is not acceptable.

(b) Product returns, once a Product has been delivered to a User after purchase from the Platforms. Any return of Products by Users shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Shipping, Return and Refund Policy.

(c) Product will be schedule for shipment after complete payment confirmation.

1.2. Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Shipping, Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Shipping, Return and Refund Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and may forthwith leave and stop using the Platforms. The terms contained in this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Platforms.

2. Terms of Shipping:

Our endeavor is to provide a pleasant and zero-hassle shopping experience for you. All our policies and terms of use are crafted to ensure ease of purchase and support. We request you to thoroughly review them and make informed purchases.

2.1. All orders placed will be shipped within 2 business days.

2.2. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.

2.3. Delivery time will be estimated according to Pin code and festive rush. 

2.4. Tracking Details will be shared after your order is confirmed by our team.

2.5. We do not process or ship orders on Sundays & National Holidays.

2.6. We offer Zero Delivery Charges all over India on all orders.

2.7. In Case of any return due to damage, shipping charges will be additional for delivery back to us.

2.8. Estimated time of delivery will be 5 to 7 business days.

3. Terms of Return & Replacement.

Our team makes sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. But in case, you are unsatisfied with the order item(s), we would be happy to help you.

3.1. Return of any orders is not acceptable on basis of likes & dislikes.

3.2. Return of order is acceptable only when you receive any damaged or unfinished product and in that situation only replacement with new same product will be initialed.

3.3. Box opening video and photos are mandatory to process the return, without videos and photos no return will be entertained by our team.

3.4. Return will be processed only for that only quantity of products which are damaged.

3.5 Return can be filled within 24 hours after delivery of your product; no claim will be acceptable after 24 hours.

3.6. In case of any return of damaged product, the product will be replaced with new same product bought by you. No payment refund policy acceptable.
